21+ Only — Safe Gaming

bak88's commitment to responsible gaming

Know your limits, use our protection tools, and contact our 24/7 support team if you need help.

Why is responsible gaming important?

bak88 believes that online casino and betting should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of income or an escape from stress. Our goal is to ensure every player's experience remains positive and in control.

Responsible gaming means staying aware of your time and money, and making the right decisions when gambling shows signs of becoming a problem. At bak88 we provide a number of effective tools to help you make those decisions.

Remember: gambling outcomes are never guaranteed. Never bet what you cannot afford to lose. Make decisions with a clear head — not driven by emotion.

Our protection tools

bak88 provides these tools to keep your experience safe and in control.

Deposit Limits

Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately, and increasing it requires a 24-hour wait. Minimum deposit ৳500.

Loss Limit

Set a maximum on how much you can lose within a given period. Once the limit is reached, no further bets can be placed within that period — this is the most effective way to protect your budget.

Time-Out Break

Need a short break? Activate a time-out from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During this period you cannot log in or place any bets. Your account resumes automatically when the break ends.

Self-Exclusion

If you need a longer break, take advantage of the option to close your account from 6 months up to permanently. During self-exclusion all contact is stopped and no promotional emails are sent.

Session Reminder

Turn on time-based reminders to keep track of how long you have been playing. Each reminder gives you a moment to pause and reflect — that small break can make a big difference.

Transaction History

You can view your full deposit, withdrawal, and betting history from your account at any time. Understanding your spending patterns is the first step toward responsible gaming.

Warning signs of a problem

If you notice any of the following in yourself, seek help — this is awareness, not weakness.

Chasing losses by betting more: Repeatedly placing larger bets thinking "I will win this time" is one of the main signs of a gambling addiction.

Hiding gambling from family or friends: If you feel the need to keep your playing habits secret, something is not right.

Being unable to stop gambling: Wanting to stop but being unable to, or feeling restless and anxious after stopping, is a cause for concern.

Gambling with borrowed money: Depositing using loans from bKash, Nagad, or a bank, or borrowing from others, is a sign of a serious problem.

Using gambling as a way to cope with stress: Turning to gambling to escape sadness, loneliness, or anxiety can make the situation worse.

Neglecting work, studies, or family responsibilities: When gambling causes important daily responsibilities to fall behind, that is a cause for concern.

Assess yourself

Ask yourself the questions below. If more than one answer is yes, reach out to us for support.

Am I spending more than my set budget?
Am I trying to recover lost money in the hope of winning?
Am I hiding my gambling from my family?
Am I lying about my gambling?
Is gambling affecting my sleep or work?
Am I unable to go a day without playing?
